I have a t-shirt that says, “I love my wife” on one side, and, “I have Stockholm Syndrome” on the other. My wife has a t-shirt that says, “Raising a husband is difficult”…
Touchy touchy…is the family making money off it? Is the video going to bring attention to your music? Will people start listening to you again? Or will people start to turn you off for your little education? Do we need to post “I do not own the copyrights of the music played” on every little video put out there?
Thought about voicing my vax rant, but won’t. Oh, who am I kidding? If a vaccine has been around for a while, tested thoroughly, data collected and honestly, then yes, I’m ok with a vaccine. If the vaccine was made up on the spot from a Chinese Lab accident, and forced on a population, then NO, I’m against said vaccine. We are still seeing the effects of Covid on people. Not enough time has gone by to see the full effect of what this has done to humans.
True story: I was a manager at a restaurant. I’m diabetic. I had a bad side effect to one of my meds one night: bladder infection, which turned septic. It happened so fast! I went to church that morning, and 12 hours later, I was in the ER. I had my wife call the restaurant Monday morning to let them know what was going on. I was in the hospital 5 days, 4 of which were in the ICU, and was let go on Saturday. During that time, the assistant manager kept telling my wife that I need to call in every day! At one point, I texted him, told him I was in ICU, and would not be calling or texting until I was released from the hospital, and to just figure out the schedule without me! Yes, there are managers like that out there! I’m no longer at the restaurant, and he has been promoted to head manager…
I guess it’s all in what you believe. Is it fuel that is being let out to lighten the load when landing? Is it a deliberate plot to poison us? Is the CIA involved? Is it worse over certain areas of the country, like California or New York? Is it really just vapor? I don’t know.
Back in my day (yes, I’m older), we didn’t know what summer camp was. We moved around so much, that we got to see a lot of different parts of the country! So I think we benefitted in different ways.
When it came time to teach us how to drive, my dad’s rule was “wait til you’re 17”. He did that with all of us. There were 5 boys, 3 of us were all spaced out at 2 years apart (so when my oldest brother turned 17, I was 15, next one was 13), then the next brother was 5, and the last brother was born a year later. Lots of driving lessons! My oldest brother and I were both taught on manual transmissions!
