Tossed salad and scrambled eggs. Last of the intelligent sitcoms, before the Friends virus wiped out the species.

When I was a young teenager, there was Saturday morning TV show about a circus with a pretty blonde and clowns. She was preparing a picnic type meal for her guests at home and the two clown regulars volunteered to help.
They were in the kitchen and she told them to toss the salad and put it into a serving bowl.
She went outside and one of them tossed the salad ingredients at the other. Then they got a broom and a dust pan and swept it up and dumped it into the bowl.
They took it outside and said, “Here’s the salad you wanted tossed.”
I forgot the name of the show but, I think it was a live telecast. That’s because the woman was performing an act in the ring and she lost her blond wig. She looked embarrassed and put it back on in a hurry.
