   Tried walking down a downtown sidewalk lately? I had to dodge texters every 10-15 feet!
   
   While we’re at it, this province has a hands-free law when driving. I saw a 10 year old kid on a bicycle, talking on his cell phone. I"m sure that’s ticketable, too.
