    I thought TJ might find a way to calm her down… not the way I expected, though

    Is there a cuter cartoon kid than Shannon, when she smiles?

    Have a hero in the wings and shannon swings
    Mallet and mullet
    or
    If i had a hammer

    Part of me worries about this but another part wonders if it will help relieve her frustrations

    I hope Frank has kept up the insurance, since the fire…

    Maybe TJ should be wearing a CUP…just in case…

    Oh, this is going to be good AND bad at the same time.

    I’m thinking it might be less of a problem if she went to the wedding planning meeting!

    At least TJ is smart enough to make sure that Shannon has eye protection… mind you, he isn’t wearing any, himself.

    Wow Luann strip strikes again!! I never would have thought of this diversion, but TJ is a great and adroit person to distract and sooth Shannon (most little kids like to smash things if they can get away with it and yes I am generalizing and I don’t care, so there) and meanwhile, while the fundamental issue with Jonah is still around, maybe we can transition to the second phase of this arc, which should be the wedding planning meeting, but then one never knows in Luannverse.

    @SukieCrandall

    Funny Sukie, but no this is a diversion, but not a solution by a long shot. Children are not dummies, she will still remember the swimming promise. But the anger and frustration should be dissipated.

    Or with the hammer and other tools she will try to build a pool in the patio :P

    Toni says, “Brad. Not now”. A good reply to useless ranting!

    No, though Meg in Arlo and Janis comes close.

    That’s funny! And it would be funnier if it happened!
