    David, if I remember correctly, this is the second strip you posted on the site, with the lettering re-done to match the one you used later in the strip.

    (Regardless, it’s pretty appropriate today, as it’s raining. So I’ll make it and see how it turns out.)

    When I Googled “demerara sugar”, I found this explanation:

    for Demerara use light brown (raw) sugar and for Golden syrup you can use corn syrup or even honey…but you should be able to find Golden syrup in the US
