One thing about Cal’s school reports — they’re never dull. Other kids really enjoy them and the teacher’s reaction.

Calvin has suggested to Hobbes that Dad’s “boring” image may be a front for a superhero identity but Hobbes, as usual, was more realistic. In one Sunday strip, Calvin fantasised that he had found Mom and Dad changing into their superhero identities.

I love Dad’s response.

LOL :) The irony. The Countess is getting a pair of knee-high, high-heel boots for Christmas. :) They will go with the pair of tights that match the Bengals black uniform pants I got for her earlier. No kidding. :)

The problem with being a superhero nowadays is that there are fewer and fewer phone booths to change in.

She does put on the outfit but only long enough to do the “Yeah-Calvin-is-at-school” dance. :)

The correct response is for his mother to write a note to the teacher, saying, “I find that very concerning. Calvin has been told many times not to reveal that to anyone. Please forget everything he said.”
