    The French have a way of cooking that just adds flavor into every bite. Precision in preparation and using the right tools for the job. This copper pot was perfect for the long hours needed in simmering Goats Head Soup. It was also the perfect pot for catching heads at the guillotine; thus, young Phillip always made sure it was perfectly clean. He loved Goats Head Soup.

    Clear the tables, scrape the dishes and dump the pots before scrubbing. So much waste. But the wine! I dump the wine, oh yes, into an empty bottle to keep me company while I scrub. Hmm, not sure I should have dumped the reds and whites into the same bottle, Oh well, a few more chugs and it won’t really matter.
