I’m going to repeat my comment from yesterday that I don’t believe many people saw. Tiffany went snooping in her father’s bedroom, looking through private papers, and now is spreading gossip on the information she thinks she found. That’s not cool! I find this arc very disappointing.

Actually, new addition to a family of Grifters sounds promising as new storyline.

On the other hand, bring back the Degroots family.

Nah, this is just too screwy. I would guess that there is a different explanation for the sonogram. Any Bets? My guess is the picture IS Tiffany or Anne, as a historical remembrance.

Leslie is not opposed to the idea of having a little brother, but he objects to having Tiffany as a step-sister? I can see that. We have already seen that Tiffany is a big, box of drama in the workplace. That may be as much of Tiffany as he can stand without adding step-sister to it.

I’m also repeating a comment I made yesterday (like Prescott above). Wouldn’t ultrasound photos from today look more advanced than one from 20 years ago? 3D effect, or at least a more detailed image? It just seems that it would be readily apparent if that image is old or new.

Tiff needs a sympathetic ear. Enter Nancy, who was just introduced into the battle when she defended Ox and Tiffany at The Fuse, and went toe to toe with Ann, before kicking her out of the place.

I think Les is saying not cool based on the possibility of any romantic relationship with Tiffany would be out if Tiffany were a stepsister.

Step-siblings marriage is legal in 49 states. But still confusing.

Being a stepsister is not a matter of having shared half siblings, but of having parents legally wed. If Ann is married to Tiff’s father, then she is Les stepsister already.

Alternative Possibility for the Ultrasound picture. (1) Surrogate pregnancy – implant fetus (2) Adoption pregnancy- Ann and Tom located someone who is willing let someone raise their child. Millionaires have the resources.

Well here We go again. As predicted, one “hair brained scheme” coming right up.

This is starting out as a REPEAT of 2018, when Tiffany went to Les and came up with that other ill advised “plan” to take down Ann Eiffel and her lingerie scam, which FAILED. Only back then, Les figured out for himself that if his mom and Tiff’s dad got together, Tiff would be his “step sister.” Now, two years later, Tiff has to REMIND him.

Neither of these two have figured out yet that in most states, step siblings getting together is perfectly legal, although in this case, “Ewwwww-Worthy.” Once again, Tiffany is meddling in her father’s business and taking Les along for ride. What’s worse Tiffany is tangling a possible “We can be more than friends, (meaning Sex) if we stop them!” to Les. THAT, IMHO, is the sleaziest aspect of this whole thing, especially since Les seems perfectly happy with the idea that his mom may provide him with a baby bro or sister. The one chance that Les would finally bury the hatchet with his mom and become a real family (Which is what Ann wanted) and Tiffany wants to put a stop to it. In the end, it’s all about “Tiffany.” As usual.

You know what? Tiffany has learned little from 2018. Now I’m hoping that Ann’s pregnancy is legit, Tiffany’s “whatever” scheme blows up her face, and her dad gets mad cuts her off completely. Her star just went down 10 notches with Me, while Les’ just went up a couple. (For today)

Tiffany Farrell. A nice idea, back in 2015. But since then, since then, she’s been a “monument” to poor decisions. If she’s not careful, someone’s liable to pull her down and toss her in a lake. ;)

I think this is Ann’s Ultrasound… why does everyone keep saying is Tiffany’s?

Tiffany and Les aren’t close biological relatives (unless there was something going on 20 years ago that we don’t know about) and they weren’t raised together as (step-)siblings as young children. If Ann and Tom married, I don’t think there would be any “ewww factor” to a Tiff-Les romance on account of Les having become Tiff’s step-brother. (Consider a young couple already married and imagine a romance developing between a widowed or divorced parent of one and a widowed/divorced parent of the other. Does anyone really think the older couple should feel obliged to put on the brakes lest they somehow cause the younger couple’s marriage to become incestuous?) Of course regardless of what Tom and Ann do or don’t do, there could be an ewww factor to a Tiff-Les romance on account of Les still being Les.

Ann got someones ultrasound picture, to convince Tom she’s pregnant. He marries her and then sadly she ‘loses’ the baby, but gets the family money. Oldest con in the book.

In some states, when you divorce, you can still be brother and sister.

Why is a baby needed for them to be stepsister/stepbrother? If parents are married they already are.

Three things we do not know: 1) when the sonogram was performed, 2) on whom, and 3) who the baby is. I think Tiff is jumping to conclusions based on insufficient information.

Ann and Tom are not married yet. A few weeks ago when Ann and Nancy had their run in at the fuse, Ann reffered to Tom as her “almost fiancee”. As someone pointed out last week, to go from an almost fiance to a fiance would be easy if you take the pregnancy and trap them into marriage and then faked a miscarriage afterwards, thus

What a thought that is! But let’s not get ahead of ourselves, Leslie Knox and Tiffany Farrell. We still need to get the full story about that ultrasound!

Don’t you see? Ann is going to trick Tom into paying child support, marry him, then kill him, steal his wealth and leave that poor baby in an orphanage, just like she did with Les.

I think that both of those “Lonely Only’s” will really need to lean on each other to get through this. Each one of them could use a sibling especially now and they seem to get along as friends.

“If” ? Is Tiffany doubting Ann is pregnant? Could be, considering Ann’s capacity for deception. But, if Ann is pregnant, surely Tiffany wouldn’t be considering sabotaging Ann’s pregnancy.

I would love to see that Tom got snipped after Tiffany was born, hasn’t mentioned it to Ann and it turns out this is someone else’s baby she’s trying to pawn off as his.

Les doesn’t seem so sad about the possibility of Tiffany becoming his half-sister… probably become a big brother is more important to him. After all, what can they do to stop this situation?

Why do I have a feeling of the Tweedles (Dee and Dum) working together. The interesting piece is Tiffany pulls out the possible step relationship; is this done to prod Les to action or a deeper desire for attention from him? Oh well, looking more and more like Tiffany is being set up (again by herself) for a failure and the question will be at what cost; support for college, Ann getting married without a prenup? My thoughts, if the ultrasound was legit, wouldn’t Father’s Day( which is right around the corner) be a perfect time to tell Tom the news? My vote is on it’s either hers & old or current & not hers and she is planning to use it to trap Tom into marriage as has been stated by others.

I think it’s more likely that there has been something going on between Tiff and Les off script that shouldn’t be happening between a brother and sister, even if they’re not blood relatives. Bit of an awkward situation.

I want to, want to be excited by the events of the past two weeks. But this whole “Tiffany the Tortured” arc is weighed down with a lead inertia that just drags on it. Even Les’ reaction to the news is muted and bereft of joy. This has been drug out for three years now (June 2017). The whole arc has the feel of Jacob Marley’s ghost, dragged down by his chains “forged link by link, yard by yard.”

In fact, the whole of Luaniverse is marbled with conflict and strife.

Pru unexpectedly leaves after pining for her NY girlfriend for what? Years?

Gunther is embroiled with a neurotically possessive girlfriend. Les’ work life spins around dishwashing his only respite is an unruly cat that he named “Punk.”

The senior DeGroot household is split apart and family roles reshuffled. No more “Happy Days” with Richie and The Fonz.

The junior DeGroot’s can’t seem to successfully communicate their thoughts about expanding their family with one another. Perhaps because they held back by their Shannon and TJ experiences.

To date the motherly Irma and the “cuddly” Al seem to be the only characters still in a “honeymoon” experience. (I hope my mention of this hasn’t jinxed them.)

Tiffany needs a stable home life for a change. One like she experienced at the Grey’s dinner where she took up with Irma.

Everyone…here it is. Ann is “faking” this whole thing to blackmail Tom into marrying her. A person could print an ultrasound pic off the internet. One can only hope that when Tom finds out the truth he will dump her before the wedding.

Well, at least Tiffany is thinking about how difficult on Les to have her as a stepsister, instead of how hard it will be on her to have Les as a stepbrother. Baby steps.

Tiffany and Les would be step-siblings if Tom and Ann get married. It would have nothing to do with Ann having Tom’s baby. The BABY would be a HALF-sibling to each of them.

Am I the only one who thinks Ann is really pregnant? The fact that she called Tom her almost-fiancé is the tell. He will be her actual fiancé once she gives him the news at the cabin. At least that’s the plan.

The obvious answer is that Ann planted the ultrasound knowing that Tiff would snoop. Ammunition to further distance Tiff from Tom. He won’t take kindly to her spreading rumors about Ann.
