Lynn made her so unforgettable with her sage advice
SOMEBODY ONCE TOLD ME!!!
The message is simple Liz: You get to be different for a few weeks, Miss Edwards is different for life.
If you have a link I would love to read it
She’s breaking into the hospital
Well this is what you get for sucking your thumb at age 10
I honestly feel bad for Therese. She was probably the only sane woman in the whole comic series, but Johnston had viewers hate her so much. She wasn’t Elizabeth, so Johnston forced her into a marry with a man she really didn’t like, had her change his clothes and hair and give him “culture” turning him into a 40-year-old man when he was supposed to be only in his late 20s by the time we got to this point. Then in turn for Therese changing him, her family told Anthony that he had to marry her and that she had to produce a child shortly after the marriage. And instead of “making it work” Anthony would end up pinning for Elizabeth every time she came to town to visit, leaving Therese alone to care for a child she was not ready for. When Therese could no longer handle it, she has an offscreen affair because that’s what Johnston wanted her to do. She wanted Anthony look so downtrodden because Therese had an affair that we’re supposed to forget that not before this point, Anthony even said to Elizabeth after her attack that, “I guess that is the first time I’ve had something worth fighting for.” Even though he has a wife and a newborn daughter.
If he really loved Elizabeth that much, then why didn’t he just wait for her instead of putting Therese through this BS of a relationship and BS of a marriage. This is why I feel bad for Therese. This is why I don’t like FBoFW in it’s final years. It was like she just sort of gave up on her characters and took the easy way out. And it’s sad because she gave Liz the perfect guy, but she ends up marrying Blandthony.
At least they don’t have to watch subpar Mulan for $30 at home.
