   Lynn Johnston, Than you, for a magnificent journey. A wonderful story, beautifully told. Our adult life had been about the same age as your characters. We have been active with our children. We have had similar experiences, right down to a grandfather who willed himself to live long enough to see our older daughter married. I would have loved to see the strip go on but there has to be a point when it has to stop. You can not continue forever and no one else could have so lovingly cared for “your family” as you did.
