    It smarts when you bump the nerve exposed in the elbow. Knucklehead refers to rapping your knuckles on someone’s head to get them to start thinking. If you rap your elbow on someone’s head you’ll likely knock them out and trigger your “funny bone” nerve. Seems dumber to cause two people pain, especially when you are one, but then why do we still have marriage?
