So we’ve got Puck enhancing his cuteness factor with the way he drinks coffee, and then he enhances it even further by wearing a raincoat that makes him look chubbier, complete with a hat that even has ear molds. I think I just overloaded again.
Tre-C and her mom spent about five or ten minutes more “catching up” before the babies started to ask where their dinners were. Yenta optimistically asked if Tre-C was going too stay awhile, but inside already knew the answer. After all, why had Tre-C left in the first place? She needed more than what was here, more than a bowl of kibble and loving human hands. She still does. And her? “I’ll be happy with that”, Yenta thought, “the humans will come out here soon to collect the little ones, and I may let them catch me, too. But not my Tre-C. Had I stayed to begin with things may have been different. But she wants to grow, to learn. And Megan… Megan can teach her. Who knows? Maybe I’ll find one of those tunnels Megan was talking about. Maybe I’ll go and see her. But I can’t think of that now. Now, I have babies who need me.” “I’ll come back, mama. I know the way. But, oh my Cat, it was good to see you… to have this time.” “You, too, baby. Now jump down and say goodbye to your brother and sisters.”
Pucky is onto something there—coffee does taste better when it rains! It’s not just me. :-) I adore it when he wears his raincoat. ♥ (((((((((((((((((((((((((((Special bear hugs, orb bumps and boops going out to Shaunnmunn and all orbsters who need them))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) ♥
Good morning and happy Friday/TGIF, orbsters and orbabies! Two treatments to go! I will be incommunicado over the next few days, as in-laws are picking us up after treatment and we are driving up to the cabin. I’ll be back sometime on Monday and will check back in then.
Beloved orbsters, I will be changing meds this PM. I’ll be on Amoxicillin, which I think Dusty will consider just desserts, as I squirted the stuff down his throat last month. :-{ Don’t think Hubby will have to hold me down to take it, but I’m not jumping for joy if the stuff upsets my system as much as it dis the Duster’s.
So want to be able to sit at the keyboard for hours & read all the exciting things, such as Tre-C’s story. But I can keep things down long enough to thank you, beloved friends, for never letting me, or any orbster down!Just thinking about BCN gives me a soft place in my heart to retreat to.Bumps & boops, prayers of gratitude & for blessings upon each and every one of you and all you hold dear!

I’m sorry, but the way Pucky’s holding the mug up to his face, the shape of the raincoat… he looks like a cute little dairy cow… :-o

Just checked and found out caffeine is poisonous to cats. Someone should tell Puck.

I hate it when the bed gets me like that! (Sometimes even when it’s not raining!)

Pucky is adorable!! But, I thought Elvis was the weather cat? Either way, I love the “Blame it on the rain” reference!

How is Puck holding his mug? Is it attached to the raincoat? Just floating on its own?

If it rains too much, I end up spending a lot of time in the bathroom.

But where is Buzzy Mouse in his little mouse slicker holding his tiny mouse cup of coffee?

I ♥ it when the Boys go face down like Elvis in panel four. The ears flopped over are almost more cuteness than I can take.

It took me a minute or so to clue in that Puck was standing on top of the cat house.

Oh look! Lupin’s tail in panels three and four. The bed already got him.

Will Elvis be able to hold onto his mic as he succumbs to the Power of the Bed?

There’s our little Pucky. Wow today’s strip is just too cute. Elvis, just couldn’t stay awake any longer.

@ stairstep – must be the inherent magyck of cats – there’s no sleeve in the raincoat on his left….. 8^)

Yay Pucky is back! And wearing his rain slicker indoors! One can never be too careful. Cats do not like to be wet.

I like this rain theme, it is all so cozy, and comfortable. The boys (and cats in general) raise the coziness factor 100%.
