yeah, gotta loathe those things to which Mrs. DeGroot is referring
I guess Nancy is showing what it takes to get Frank out of that chair.
Ha ha ha ha! Nancy is more clever than Frank!
Poll: What (and who) do you think this weeks arc will be about?
They can relax on doing their taxes now.
They move Tax Day to July 15, 2020 from April 15 2020.
Whoops! Adult themes in a comic strip! Insurance, tax, …
Nancy you can relax you have until June,
You think your wife is just going to offer you sex out of the blue, and you’ve been married how long?
Yes, nothing gets a man more excited than talking about taxes, finances, investments and drawing up a will. Hose me down, somebody!!! ;-)
She got his hopes way too up.
Frank has the demeanor of an actuarial accountant.
If you torment your sex-starved partner with false hope like this, you deserve to get cheated on. Sorry not sorry.
Misdirection play, sextus dissapointus.
I’m very disappointed.
I thought Nancy was going to make Frank move something very heavy up two flights of stairs.
Because “it looks cute, there.”
Frank had to switch over to reading a book because their 40 year – old Curtis Mathes television went out. When your 40 year old Curtis Mathes television goes out before the program you are watching is over, it is called “Curtis interruptus”.
Now that Frank has had to put his book down, they need to do what Brad and Toni did back on February 11, 2017: “Strip budget Planning”.
Taxes – Did The Fuse make any money?
This is where Frank gives her a big hug and says “I’ll take you up on the first part of your statement and we’ll do the rest later”
At least that’s what I would do!
Would have been cuter pre-Corona; I figure most Folx are 1/2 way through all of their back logged paperwork, or something else they’ve been putting off!
Where there’s a will, there’s a way, eh Nancy?!
That may get him up out of the chair but it really is not the way to focus his mind on those tasks.
They have two children; those wills should have been made before the first one was ever born and updated through the years. Estate planning should have started the minute they bought a house.
Hold your nose and jump in, bub. Work now, play later. Maybe this is what gets her motor running.
You had me at “making out.”
I think that originally Nancy was not the great master of irony in the Degroot family. She learned it from her husband and overtook him. Poor Frank. He seems so disappointed.
Sorry Frank! It’s been 22 rears since that happened.

I’ve been working on Death Notes for the last week or so. Figured I’d better not put it off any longer.
Now I see where Luann gets her sarcasm.
So they never had a will before, not even once Luann was born?
Gee, just think; if they went over to Federal sales tax instead of an income tax Frank wouldn’t have any fun.
That’s something you can do while we’re trapped inside.
Start with the taxes, and see what’s left for the rest!
“Show me the naked truth, honey!”
Do your will! Do it! Especially if you have young kids and don’t want them dumped in the foster system until the government decides who they think should take them. If you don’t have young kids, you may keep your family from ripping itself apart trying to get what you have.
I like to combine financial planning with sex. And, brunch.
Nancy seems to be the household CFO.
Why wouldn’t they have a will made out by now? We made our out after the birth of our first child.
What ever happened to the Honey Do jar?
A few months ago Nancy got Frank to perk up when she said that she was feeling “kinky.” Turned out to be her muscles, not her sex drive.
I think they could “Make Out” in the bedroom for some rumble action on the bed.
She told him the Truth, the Whole Truth and Nothing But the Truth.
“your mind makes appointments your body can’t keep.”
Nancy exerts her Household Headship over outnumbered Frank (he’s only one man against One Woman)! The poor boy can but lament his fate!
Frank, just put your hand up her shirt and she’ll forget all about wanting to make out a will and just want to make out.
Meanwhile, back at the ranch, Pru has another whole week to get her teeny, tiny, little butt out of town. We all know a lot can happen in 18 panels.
Actually, I just sent our son an email telling him where to find our wills…..
