   I don’t think grammar is being taught any more. Another one that really bothers me is TAKE and BRING. One that really sets me off is ‘My bad’. I was checking out at a Bath and Body store one day and the cashier made a mistake. She said “My bad.” I was in a mood and replied “Your bad what? Hair? Breath? Math skills? Help me out here.”She just looked at me like I had two heads. I probably should’ve felt bad but I didn’t.

   Power/construction things could be a real niche and money maker for companies. If Ryrobi or Dewalt or Black and Decker came up with new designs, I bet lefties would clean them out of stock. I have my own ‘different’ needs so when I find a company that addresses it, I’m all over that company.

   Daytime tv is horrible. It’s not a lot better at night. I don’t bother with tv any more. I’d rather read or sew. I keep my Kindle loaded with the max number of books allowed. I’ve discovered genres I would never thought to read until I got Kindle Unlimited

   I agree about the baseball-radio thing. Honestly, shows that have announcers or panels are truly annoying. Everyone talks over everyone else, nobody gets to finish a darn sentence or thought.I think those panel shows like the Group, the Circle, the Bunch of Yammering Women or whatever they’re called could take cue from the last debate. Everyone gets muted while one person talks.

   I won’t touch stuff with a 10 ft pole. It’s disgusting. However, I like garlic bread as long as it’s not over garlicked and toasted crunchy.

    Way, way back in 1963 when we were in the 8th grade, the girls had to take home ec. ( I was SOOO bad at it!) The first sewing project was to make a beach cover-up using beach towels. My bff was a lefty and I think she had a pair. Her mom sewed so maybe that’s why she had them. I suppose they were pretty rare back then. How did my cover-up come out? Well, it wasn’t something I was going to be wearing to the beach, that’s for sure. Her – perfection.
