Woodstock wouldn’t even make a good appetizer.

Interestingly, at the end of A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving, Snoopy and Woodstock are shown eating turkey.

Bot at my house, we’re having Pot Roast.

So is he a bird dog ?

Only thing a canary would have to worry about is Sylvester the cat.

Going after Woodstock for Thanksgiving would be like barking up the wrong tree.

My husband is allergic to turkey so we choose a different meal every year. This year my 18-year-old daughter has offered to cook steaks. She’d only done it once, but it came out like she had been cooking steaks for years. This will be the first year I’m not making the “centerpiece” food & will be relegated to sides.

Trying to out-dog Snoopy, Woodstock?

My younger brother is cooking steaks, which amazes me. This is the person that would cook two turkeys to make sure he had left-overs. But his children (and step children) don’t like turkey that much, so he’s grilling steaks.

I doubt Woodstock would have any worry about ending up on someone’s table. I used to shoot for quail. But, other than the sport of the shooting itself, one didn’t shoot quail for the meat. They were like a small chicken leg with wings. It would take several to make a meal for one and all that plucking?! Forget it! Besides, even back then, shotgun shells weren’t cheap. It’d be cheaper to buy a pack of chicken legs and fry ’em.

Yet, Woodstock had no problem eating a turkey with Snoopy.

Relax, Woodstock. You’re probably one of those birds that carries multiple diseases.

Chickens eat scorpions. That’s why here in the desert southwest many people keep chickens for that and the eggs.
