They charge enough as it is. Don’t be giving them more ideas.
On the spot
looks like the doctor is making money on the side!
I’m not sure what that box if for, since his problem seems to be having his head on upside-down. That’s got to be a chin on the very top.
Anesthesia is extra.
Had to pay my deductible in advance!
Republican health care program
Time it like a football game and there’ll be plenty of time.
That doesn’t make cents….Correction, it makes a LOT of cents!
Ah must be a lawyer as well.
… gimme fifty cents worth!
The surgery already has hit a complication. [Fortunately, the hospital has all of his credit card information for just such a situation.]
Must be one of those third world sh!t-hole countries without national health/single payer.
must be HMO
Had to be rushed to the hospital.
They said we’re keeping you over night for observation!
Asked if my Insurance is going to pay for it!
Sent an ombudsman and she assured me that Ins would pay!
WRONG! Only partially
I was sent a bill for almost $600.00 for 4 pills❗️
NEVER again!
oh, come on!

Reminds me of the “quarter meter plan tv”.
…but we accept AmricanExprss…don’t leave home without it!
That was not a decimal point. Major surgery is $25000 an hour.
Reminds me of the game Operation…
… in quarters!
This strip is no joke. This has actually happened to me. And it cost thousands.
that is cheap! I was charged 43 grand for 2 hours in the emergency room!
This strip is from 2012. Ten years later and he’s still paying. :(
Hope they’re not like the taxi driver we hired last night. Drove us the long way around to run the meter up!
One time I was 91 minutes old. One time I was two hours old. One time I had $251.
“Somebody’s got to go back and get a sh!tload of dimes!”
Price isn’t half bad. Can l put it on my credit card…..
I’d be stone cold dead, honey! Pretty sure my shattered skull surgery took quite a few hours, what with my brain hemorrhaging and all.X(
My recent bill for surgery reflects that this is a reality.
The patient has better insurance than me. My insurance only allows 90 seconds, then the payable fees start applying.
That kind of stress could compromise his health while under the anesthetic. And weaken his immune system.
Pound of flesh?
It’s coming folks, it’s coming.
