In ballet, a pas de deux is a dance duet in which two dancers, typically a male and a female, perform ballet steps together. The pas de deux is characteristic of classical ballet and can be found in many well-known ballets, including Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, and Giselle
The Pas de Deux that Danae expects those two to compete and win at is not a soft-shoe routine (although I’d dearly love to see them perform). It is more of a ballet done on horseback, and takes about 10 years to learn how to do at the highest levels. Yup, the entire event had me thinking of Michigan J Frog. She’ll get them to the show and they will practice all the way there, then sit licking butt and making horse hockey pucks on stage. …still funny though. ..no prizes
