This has nothing to do with today’s strip, it’s just a little factoid, I wanted to share with others who appreciate what can be done with the English Language. A May 12th birthday is/was shared by (among others) 3 men. George Carlin, Yogi Berra, and Edward Lear.

Kelley’s Island OH.(in Lake Erie) It was like every surface was alive in orange wings. That was around 40 years ago.I don’t know if the migration goes through there any more.

Do they say that while getting the buckshot removed from the rear end ?

I thought I was the only one, trying to guess where they were, that couldn’t grow grass. Is it an altitude problem ?

  8. about 14 hours ago on Ginger Meggs

The word soccer comes from the UK. I saw a game of Australian Rules Football on TV once. Near as I could figure,it involves a flock of pigeons, that fly up every time the ball goes out of bounds.

Re: Side comment. As soon as inflation makes it worthless.( If that “here” is my here.)

  10. about 14 hours ago on Gray Matters

You’ll find out you need it as soon as you throw it out.
