Said before, so I’ll say again, do not reply to the troll’s comment. The number of replies determines which comment is the featured comment for anyone who clicks on that day’s comic. This is motivation for the troll. You can deprive the troll of this hoped-for distinction by not replying directly. What you CAN do is, first, go to your posted reply, select and copy all of your text to spare you re-typing it, then delete your reply. This can be done by clicking on the red icon at the upper right that appears when you hover your cursor over your comment. Then, paste your copied reply into a new comment on the comic itself, rather than as a reply to someone else. At the beginning of your new comment, you can type “to {trolls’name}” so that it will be clear that your comment is intended as a response to said troll. Of course, you could just ignore the troll completely and not even bother to read its post. Trolls are generally dying to be paid attention to and taken seriously. After the swine flu epidemic, Obama had medical teams set up in hot spots all over the world, including 44 people in a clinic in the Chinese province where Trump’s plague began. Their job was to watch for any outbreaks, isolate them and stamp them out at the source. The plan was to send more help in whenever a threat was found. Trump cut that team out of the 2018 budget, so he isn’t just responsible for American deaths, he destroyed the means of saving everyone on the planet.

It always makes me laugh (and cry) that when pushed about what this administration did to fight the virus they state that Trump halted travel with China. That’s the “good” part, the sad part being that they can’t seem to come up with anything else he did over the past 9 months!

This was after he had been following the guidelines for several months, then went to the WH event and soon after got the virus. He then spent a week in the ICU. He was lucky to survive, as a 58 year old man who is obese.

Credit where it’s due. The Republican campaign mantra this year has been “Promises made. Promises kept.” That one made it all the way up to half true.

I keep hoping Trudeau will take on Melania’s redo of the Rose Garden, where she ripped out the roses that had been planted by every first lady for the last hundred years and put in bushes along the edges of the walkway that from overhead spell out to either side, I kid you not, KKK.
