It’s the weak who need exercise goals.
Sit-ups are not recommended for weak end exercise.
But do you know?
Play kick-the-Rat.
Pig is into fitness…like “fitness” block of cheese in his mouth
love the play on words.
How do you do half a sit-up?
I think you should mind your own business.
Pig was right, Rat was wrong.
I had to start to get serious about doing something in the way of exercise, having been sedentary for the last decade or so. I’ve managed to work up to 12 pushups. When I started, I could only do one.
No excercise for 7 days makes one “weak”!
I read years ago that the hardest step in a running program is the one out the door. So true.
Good grief, why is it people are so averse to a little exercise?
Keep that up and Pig will become as strong as a wild boar.
Rat’s exercise program is reaching for the snooze button of his alarm clock, and standing up after getting out of bed.
It still seems more realistic that “Exercise goals for the strong”.
If you can do the first half of a sit-up, you should be able to do a whole sit-up. The first part is the hard part.
No, 12 ounce curls don’t count as exercise
I cant imagine life without excercise
Looks like Pig is weak in both mind and body. If you exercise only when you feel like it, you will probably never do it.
The Count is far more a Rat ❤️er but gotta admit, Pig has a point.
Does thinking about it count?
I can barely “push up” from bed in the morning, and I only exercise on the “weak ends!”
All kidding aside: Walking is still the greatest form of exercise there is. I do it and keep my “chin up!”
Arm curls for me. Donut and coffee to mouth, repeat until finished.
As always, know your limits.
If Pig fails to do the half-situp, it will be a weak week.
I NEED THIS BOOK
Half sit-ups are good if held long enough with enough reps, according to a book I read 6 decades ago.
I can do half of a push-up. Then I just lay there forgetting to finish that push-up. =3
If I do not exercise my knees hurt!
That’s very funny
Hey a realistic goal
I sympathize, Pig! ’Tis the young and strong (already) who exercise most!
To strengthen my arms, I bought a pair of 5-pound dumbbells. Right now I can see them on the floor, right where I last left them a month ago.
