reminds me of a sign in an all night diner/cafe near me. we may doze, but we never close.

He’s a slumber cat and he’s okay, he eats all night and he sleeps all day.

Cartoonists love lazy characters. You just have to repeat each panel.

You also eat.

Don’t forget to take a break from time to time to get some rest.

And just the other day, he caught forty winks.

Ah but Garfield, when did you last make time for a siesta?

Just like every cat I know.

And let’s not forget cat naps. :)

I sleep more by 9 am than most people do all day!

Garfield, all of those words basically have the same meaning as ‘sleep’.

You know, I sometimes worry about my dogie not getting much sleep during those cold Winter nights. But, then I remember that she sleeps all day, too. I’d think that our doggies and kitties probably sleep 70% of the time. If I did that, I’d not get anything done at all.
