Always remember – if you authorize automatic deposit, you’re also authorizing automatic withdrawal. Found that out with a job years ago where myself and two other coworkers were mistakenly overpaid into our bank accounts. Before we even knew about the error, the overpayments were withdrawn from our bank accounts by the employer. Found it out later. A real eye-opener.

i misread that as, “a space potato & his monkey are soon parted” & didn’t get the joke.

Are Brewster’s brain cells working unusually hard today? He appears to have understood that the guy was scammed! Normally he would have said something like, “Gee, he must be upset because of all the taxes that were withheld on his winnings.”

Looks like that potato’s bank account just got mashed.
