Cartoon misses the point. Holding up the bible and mentioning “second amendment rights” in the same breath is like a general signalling “CHARGE!!!” to his massed troops. Trump is not interested in crisis management, unless the crisis is his re-election prospects. Otherwise he’s all about creating multiple crises, throwing everyone off balance, creating a clamor for a strong man (Trump) to take charge.
