Not even a natural one! Even though Con Don claims he is. “I am the chosen one”… Bleh..
I guess Christian charity includes helping people meet Jesus… In person.
Sounds. Like. The. Best. Casino. Ever! /s
That they believe in a Orange con man is evidence of that in itself.
Sentenced to prison for life would be more apt, but any bit of justice would be most welcome.
That show stank, by the way. Couldn’t stand to watch a single episode all the way through after 30 seconds of Con Don the Orange.
No problem. Lot of lack of facts syndrome going on. Kinda a mental covid in itself.
I do tend to ramble on at times.
Nevertheless, in my experience with charismatic Christian cults, and I’ve had plenty, unfortunately, everything is shaped and colored by dogma. The literal interpretation of the Bible, aided by their “infallible” leaders guided by the “holy spirit” is the normal. If the leaders say adoption is fine and cherry pick the scripture to back it up, Voila! the lord says it’s cool to do. Also, everything done is a means to an end involving their beliefs. They are incapable of impartial judgment. Regardless of what Barrett claims, the underpinnings of this cult will certainly affect her job.
Thank you. I get tenses wrong sometimes from lack of sleep.
