And Pig didn’t have to climb a mountain to talk to wiseman to figure this out.

If it’s good enough for Pig, it’s good enough for me.

    Wrong! Wrong! WRONG!!!

You must get up at 5, and go for a five mile run or a fifteen mile ride.

Then a kale smoothie for breakfast.

Then down to the gym for weight training.

    That’s just for starters.

    Remember, happiness is overrated.

That’s only fitting for Pig. I’m sure he’ll do a successful repeat in 2020.

My last resolution for this year was to not procrastinate and break all my resolutions as quickly as possible so that I didn’t have to worry about breaking my resolutions.

    SUCCESS!!

Ah, the gentle wisdom of Pig. Somehow, Pig, I don’t think the progressives are going to let you get away with that. Gotta progress, dontcha know? At all costs, baby.

I used to think that way. Your’re going to die anyway, might as well enjoy yourself. Then my daughter had a baby boy and all that changed!

Panel 3 is great…up to a point. If you’re indulging yourself without a reasonable amount of discipline and restraint, it WILL catch up to you.

In truth, this is actually a very good goal. Science has shown that trying to exercise or eat (or not eat) your way to a significant body change is generally not useful or conducive to good health.
