Mom and Dad are referring to a time outside the scope of the entire comics. We don’t know how Calvin was or what he did at that time, like, when he was five years old.
Hubby once agreed to chaperone a trip to the Smith for our daughter’s sixth grade class. One girl would NOT listen, slipped under the ropes, and ran down the length of one gallery, touching every single portrait – tag, tag, tag . . until the guards tossed the entire group out the door.
He called the school, and then girl’s parents. The dad took her to school and made her apologize to her class, and then brought her over to our house, sat her down, and made her apologize to my husband.
Dad’s sarcasm is unfounded. A child would perfectly behave like this when around the dino museum. only children enjoy these precious places to the hilt.
