I wonder what would happen if we put something in that safe, and then turned Calvin back.

Boy, that transmogrifier gun takes things literally, even when you don’t intend it to do that.

As Indy was OK in the fridge I reckon Calvin has nothing to be afraid of.

I actually did laugh out loud.

The Swedish translation had him saying “I’ll be as secure as a safe,” since the pun didn’t translate.

Hope Calvin doesn’t land in the pond.

Is Calvin scewed? No worries. Calvin used the remaining pieces to the balloon to but on protection for himself. He should be “safe”.

If Calvin is inside the safe, the impact will be greater than if there were no safe since the terminal velocity of the safe is greater than the terminal velocity of Calvin. So Calvin must have used the transmogrifier gun to turn himself into a safe. Problem is safes have no hands so Calvin-As-Safe will be unable to use the gun to turn himself back into Calvin.

At least things in Chagrin will be quieter with Calvin being a safe.

Be very careful what you wish for ….. especially with a weapon like that in your hand!

I guess its better safe than sorry …

Well, this strip has finally “dropped the safe” (my take on “jumped the shark” and “nuked the fridge”, if I may.)

Kind of reminds me if Indiana Jones riding the refrigerator.

The toast would have been better. It would hit the ground a lot softer than the safe.
