We must have zazzle serious gentlecat’s tea cups with serious mustaches for sale. Seriously.

But Lupin, the mustache hides your mouth. Other deaf cats won’t be able to read your whiskers.

Being a serious gentleman’s teacup with its own tiny, serious moustache, I imagine that it has a semicircular ledge inside, which serves as a guard to keep serious moustaches dry.

That thing is an insult to mustache’s, Lupin.

Climb somewhere no cat has ever been, try to get back under the sink or tightrope walk on the edge of the crib. OK, that last one was also too easy, but you can do better than this! It’s time for Elvis to slap Lupin down. Otherwise, if the trend of the last few months continues, Georgia will have to change the title to “The Persecution of Elvis Show”.

Good morning and happy Friday/Furday, orbsters and orbabies. We got the results of Paul’s PET scan yesterday and I printed them off so I can go over them on Monday when we meet with the oncologist. It would appear that the cancer originated either in the left side of the base of Paul’s tongue or his left tonsil. We’ll know more on Monday. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.

Lupin, you are seriously pushing Elvis’ buttons, but I really love your getup this morning. “Serious mustache” indeed!

There are times when Elvis is his own worst enemy. This is one of those times. He’s pretty much making it a moral imperative for Lupin to mock him.

I have to go along with the poof bomb prediction. Elvis is too outraged to manage a good response right now.

So this morning I really didn’t want to get up and my right ankle was hurting. My Artemus jumped up on the bed and lay down across my feet, kind of cradling my right one. He’s an ENABLER! Only the call of nature got me up and going. He being a gentleman, when I apologized and said I really had to get up, he arose and let me do so.

Ughn! to the pun. However, it was still far better than Pastis’ work.

Lupin is such a mischief maker—and the pink nose above the cardboard mustache is so cute.

I have to sympathize with Elvis. As a child, I was teased unmercifully in this sort of way. That’s how I became a crusty invertebrate punster, and a Fellow Emeritus of the John Adams Society: Obnoxious, disliked, and always first in line to be hanged.

What’s up with Lupin’s ears in the last panel?

My elementary school report cards document numerous instances of multiple teachers criticizing me for excessive “silliness.” I am so glad I ignored them. Silliness ROCKS!!

Why only one moustache on the cup? I have a coffee/tea mug with 14 Great Moustaches. Maybe Lupin is drinking English Breakfast or Prince of Wales tea today.
