    I’d love to see your numbers since hunting in this economy is ‘bogus’. Organically raised grass feed meat is extremely expensive. If you butcher your own meat, and hunt in your backyard (lots of people where I live do so), your saving quite a lot of money. Quote me a price for 100 pounds of beef where you live. Then again, this isn’t about logic. It’s about emotions, so there’s no point in saying anything. So I’m going to do whatever I want, just as you are. Vegans are about nothing more than talking anyway. I’ve yet to meet one that wasn’t a hypocrite. At least vegetarians are doing it for the right reason, not a political agenda.

    Prying, as it turns out, is wonderful! I’ve known about the laundry room exit; and now I know this is Cat Coffee not people coffee, so they can’t have used the same source. Still, gotta wonder where the store is where they nipped out to. So the idea of a robber mouse pantry, or even a farm pantry where Burt is! The possibilities astound!

    The vegan pastries I’ve had are just as tasty as anything else I’ve had. Sugar is vegan. and many fats are, too. Omnivores don’t have a monopoly on ‘bad for you’.

    I’d much rather pile on the corned beef. Low salt, though. Otherwise it doesn’t taste like anything but salt to me. Although, I gotta say, I haven’t had it in years. If I’m gonna eat beef, it’s gonna be some GOOD beef. Not a poor cut of beef, flavored up so you can’t tell its origins.

    I don’t understand how putting a realistic amount of salt on something, not bathing it in salt, is bad. There’s so much salt in it, you can eat straight out of a salt shaker, and consume less salt!

    I tried it for a month. It’s pretty neat and it had stuff I would never cook for myself, and had ingredients that I have a hard time finding in my rural area without driving all over the place. It was extremely convenient, extremely easy (despite the stupidity shown above), but very expensive (for me). I guess it’s not meant for people that don’t even know the basics of cooking. I don’t own a microwave, so I cook everything I make.
