A cat under the covers isn’t the cute thing here. The people going non-verbal is the cute thing here!
I felt so sorry for Puck! He really wants to take action there. Maybe that’s not him, though. Who knows.
I totally missed this and it had to be explained to me that I should have been offended, but that it was ok, because it didn’t mean what I didn’t understand.
A version of this predates the first century when someone stated he had no idea where it came from but it’s been around for a while.I’ve always hated this phrase. One version said it stops the soul from leaving the body. If I ever had a soul, it left a LONG time ago, and this will not be helping.
My point wasn’t that they’re using slang, but that they’re using a word that was already slang and changed its meaning. Almost like they never knew the other version existed. I don’t even know what 23 skeedoo means.
There’s salt of the earth, and salty dog (which I’ve heard said as just salty and applied to other professions), but now there’s JUST salty? Why can’t they make up their own words? That way, I’ll KNOW when I’m confused, instead of being confused about confused!
Bob Ross repeats have been on Twitch now for quite a while. I don’t think this has anything to do with that, though.
My only thought is, this is sort of depiction of something that actually happened. And Lupin was this irrational.
you get used to it. I keep my house much cooler than most people and I don’t even think about it.
That’s actually unrealistic. I couldn’t see anything then. With my method, rotating would allow me to see it. Of course it would still need to be shrunk in most cases, but I thought that was implied; now I’m spelling it out. Then you could write on your monitor with crayons! Of course, I wouldn’t really do that. I’d just print it out like I always do when I find a nice comic to hang at work.
