I doubt if there’s enough anonymous vitriol in the world to drown all the hush hush catchpennies.

“Bad Ha-Ha” or “Bad Peculiar”? He or she might have gotten a start drawing on Men’s Room walls, and then went on to contributing to amateurish late-1960s underground comics suitable for rolling joints.

There’s an interview with the B.C. at The Daily Cartoonist dated February 28, 2008, with many interesting comments at the end, some made by a few other cartoonists who are relatively well-known. (I used the search phrase: who was the “bad cartoonist”? on the Bing search page, and that led me to the interview.)
