Now I’m hoping that the Shadow becomes a recurring character. Whether it interacts with the rest of the gang or only OZ, there’s a lot of potential there. (We have ghosts, so why not Shadows?)
My kitten just very proudly brought me a sofa from the living room of my dollhouse. The open side has a cover over it. She pushed open the front door from the closed side, went through the foyer and front hallway into the living room and back out like a proper visitor.
I think this sofa is probably worth more than our actual full size sofa.
I didn’t have the heart to do anything but pet and praise her, but I am looking into somehow barricading the dollhouse door.

Move faster, Woman (or you’ll lose this race and you’ll have another Ora Zella mess to clean up)!

I get the feeling that Ora Zella’s name is actually spelled, and called out, ORA ZELLA! . My Gracie is the same way. And I love her for it.

This one looks as if it should have come before yesterday’s strip.

It’s been a month since we’ve heard from Denny Wheeler. My computer can’t get to the Tiny Kittens site. Is he still posting there?

Don’t push me, cause I’m close to the…edge! I’m trying, not to let OZ, make me lose my mind!

I like the way she captured the moving tail in panel 2. It is definitely time for the Woman to intervene.

Meanwhile, Back on the Nile
At the Luthier’s Studio
Mandy: Thanks again, Elvis, for your discarded scrolls.
Elvis-Anum: Not a problem. Glad to oblige.
Lynn: We were wondering, did you have any old scrolls with musical notes on them?
Elvis: I think I have a few around. I’ll take a look.
Enter Ora Z
Elvis: Ora Z! Just the cat I’m looking for. Can you find some scrolls with music on them?
Ora Z: And you want me to shred them?
Elvis: No.
Ora Z: Burn them?
Elvis: No, just find them and bring them to Mandy and Lynn. They’ll know what to do.
Lynn: And then we have a pile of scrolls we would like you to shred to make papyrus maché.
Ora Z: Then I’m your smol cat!
Meanwhile, at the Royal Kitchen
Sue Chef: I was thinking, Thomios. Maybe we can do a shadow box of forbidden foods. We already have one for simple pleasures.
Thomios: I know just what you mean. Amon-Merchant and Azibo are coming this week. And you know what they sell!
Sue Chef: The condiments we can only name in singularity.

Ashford and Simpson, Performed by Diana Ross and Others: Ain’t No Mountain High Enough
Listen, Orb Friends, there isn’t any mountain
There isn’t any valley low, there isn’t any river wide, friends
If you need some coffee, I’ll bring it in a hurry
On that you may depend and never worry!
Because there isn’t any mountain high enough
There is no valley low enough
There isn’t a river wide enough
To keep coffee away from you!
