I have to make a complaint while returning something at the Tech support, cause when I used this “Hammer” (I shoulda have known that ACME is far more dangerous than MC) my big toe got “Deep Purple”
Best concert review I ever saw was in the Chicago Tribune in the ’80s. I could not for the life of me tell you who the headliner who merited 1/3 of a page was – but the last sentence was “Opening act was Eddie Money, a journeyman rocker whose music is so one-dimensional as to make Huey Lewis seem intriguing”.
This one’s way too noisy … way too loud ’lectric-gitarz and whenever I see the Waukesha, WI Les Paul sign, I give it the one-finger salute … Mary Ford, I liked.
All these bands are after my radio listening days- but I do recognize the names – that’s more than I usually know about the bands of that period. Tom Petty was a hometown boy here. Still formally honored quite a bit.
Alice would be there but she’s back home in chains.Ziggy Pop spilled the Cream back in Chicago, while playing with the Four Tops, Who would have guessed that the Monkey would have turned such a Deep Purple or that The Ramons would be such Lover Boys.
