I used to have the best beanbag chair. It wasn’t vinyl like most that ripped; I don’t know the material, but it was strong, sturdy, comfy & never leaked.
We had a Rottweiler who, as a puppy, liked to sleep in our bean bag chair. She’d curl up and snooze contentedly all night. She was funny whenever she tried to get out of it. She only got in it at night. Must have been pretty comfy.
I still have two that I bought when my grandkids (now 11 and 15) came along. They still use them some and I love them for extra seating and to use myself when watching tv sometimes. My “Big Joe” ones are great and I’ve even added “stuffing” to them a couple of times. Darryl should clean that up and bring it downstairs!
In tomorrow’s episode, the bean bag chair will be introduced to the younger members of the family thereby causing strife and discontent between the three young siblings.
I didn’t go to college, but I had a beanbag chair. Steely Dan on the $49 turntable, and a recently finished bong nearby. Don’t spill the water on the carpet or we’ll never get the security deposit back.
One should not have a beanbag chair and a cat. The cat thinks it is litter. It was a very long time ago, I can’t remember if we got rid of the chair or broke her of the habit. I do know we did not get rid of the cat.
Yet when he was in college, he was listening to Steely Dan. Remember the strip where they were discussing the evolution of the coffee table not long after Zoe was born?
