   I don’t like the stereotype that Dads don’t do housework. Every Dad I know does it. The only times a kitchen gets as bad as this is when it’s a group of single people in college.

   To each their own, but I like British comedies like “Last of the Summer Wine”, “Are You Being Served”, “Red Dwarf”, and “Keeping Up Appearances”.

   The BBC made an adaptation of it and Going Postal that are excellent. It’s not a perfect adaptation (some minor characters are cut out completely) but there’s a clear love of the source material and desire to do Terry right. Seeing Susan stomp around in the snow with a club going “YEAH! Who else wants some!” is perfect.

   It’s a great book about tradition, belief, and “the real meaning of Christmas”. But I can’t recommend it unless you’ve read some of the other Discworld books like Reaper Man, Soul Music, Guards! Guards, and Men at Arms to give you a better feeling for the characters and setting. Besides, they’re good books too.

    Let her have the taser. That way she can have a lesson in how water conducts electricity. It would be educational.
