This is true almost by definition, my friend.
Actually, maybe not in her lifetime since it was published 34 years ago, which would make her on the older cusp of millennials (though not necessarily “millinnialists” as we would have above). From memory occasional commenter Rocko Jerome had her as early 20s.
Never mind William Shakespeare, William Gibson’s evocative first sentence from Neuromancer, “The sky above the port was the color of television, tuned to a dead channel” has gone from implying silver and cyberpunky, to a bright sunny day, to nighttime, to “what’s a dead channel?”, probably in OJ’s lifetime.
