About twice a year, my wife and I will have ice cream for dinner.
Not all bad. At least, she was kind enough to prepare something for him when she is eating out. She could have left him on his own.

It has the important food groups (I am assuming a chocolate covered vanilla bar) - milk, sugar, chocolate and, if you eat the stick, fiber as well.
2 or 3 Popsicles work well, too.
