Woody was a creep 25 years ago, and he still is today. Let’s put it this way, if Woody does have a wife, she’s making love to her “sickly aunt” right now.

She did, repeatedly, but since the span of that attention he refers to is only a femtosecond or two he immediately forgot.

Hard to believe he has lived to this age.

Woody needs to feel a sharp pain at his inflection point.

Woody may be what people used to refer as a “confirmed bachelor.” The fact he seems also to present as a self-absorbed posterior orifice completes the presentation.

“Woody” describes his thick skull.

Safe to assume that Woody will not make it through the reunion without serious injuries.

Having to spend a week of daily strips with woody has been exausting (From last tuesday to here). He’s a character I honestly forget at times for my own sanity. I usually have a pretty good grasp on the Doonesbury cast in it’s multitutdes but clearly I blocked out Woody for my brain’s saftey. I get he’s supposed to be a drain on joan, a sign of the kind of prilvaged white male twit that society gives all the breaks for. He’s white privlage personified as a person, so he has a purpose in the strip.. but it’s still not enjoyable to spend time around him. Mark’s dad and Duke are also truly awful human beings, but their entertaing, Mark’s dad being just proudly greedy and evil and Duke being the same. You still don’t like them but they also don’t make you wince. Probably because their more cartoony representations of common evils while Woody here, despite being over the top is all too real. The goverment is full of guys like him to it’s detriment

Trudeau’s characters always look their half asleep.

Time for a whack upside the head.

Wow Woody is beating up big-time on Joannie. She’s loving it!!

But, it seems Woody does always carry a “Shovel” with him so he can dig the hole Deeper.
