That’s why some coffee clubs have non-drinkers make the coffee, they follow the directions.

Drink one cup of that and you’ll never blink for the rest of your life.

That looks about right? Might still be too weak though.

Add sugar/cream to taste, pour over ice and enjoy. Or just add hot water. There are ways to dilute strong coffee. I’m with Sal on this one.

Sal’s made the same coffee his whole life…all twenty four years of it!

I like strong coffee! We use a wire mesh “permanent” coffee filter, and I love getting the slug of coffee powder that gets through.

Y’all don’t worry about it. Sal made Decaf paint stripper. (The question is whether he used regular in the unleaded pot?)

That looks like Maintenance Shop coffee at about 4 pm, after its set on the burner all day. Suitable for patching pot holes in the road.

Looks like “Green Acres” Lisa (Eva Gabor) scooped out the coffe into cups like that, and told the Guys, “Eat it while its still Hot.”

I hate coffee, but one of my favorite work memories involves it. My “high strung” (as we put it politely) female boss had been back from maternity leave for a few weeks and remarked to me and another employee that she just couldn’t stay awake without coffee anymore. We tried, but couldn’t help laughing, which of course made her angrily demand an explanation. I had to tell her that while she was on leave, the coffee had been switched to decaf on orders of the company president (there was only one coffee maker) so any jolt she was getting was purely placebo effect. If looks could kill…Incidentally, I was forbidden to make the coffee because as a nondrinker, I followed the directions on the can and everybody complained that it was too weak, and when I added more, it was too strong. Just don’t have the touch.

You’re addicted to caffeine when the mosquito that just bit you takes off and its wings beat so fast they catch fire, and you decide to replace the lost caffeine because you suddenly feel lethargic.

All the places I’ve worked, there was a standard way to make coffee. One foil bag of coffee ands one pitcher of water. Even the mechanical doofus could do it, even Sal.

Of course they make it weak, Sal… That makes it so much easier to actually drink it.

I had to make coffee for a 150 person event once. Apparently I had them wired for light, sound and special effects. I don’t drink coffee, so I guessed. I guess one pound in a 50-cup urn was too much…
