The biggest problem as anyone who has ever had an injury to the nose is going to be removing the arrow without “bleeding out” Because one that big will bleed.

Thick enough padding under the coif, and this is possible. Highly improbable, but possible. Bodkins would have been another story. ;)

I would think that Rodney’s “most vital organ” would be his over-sized nose…

Though his brain ain’t in his case his nose is.
