Kind of brain-dead options, seems to me. I expect we’ll be getting more BS about Hunter Biden, though I guess it is possible that they’re not barking up an empty tree on that. And of course we’re already seeing the “Unity (on my terms only)” and “But, the deficit‍” crowd ramping up to full cry.

Yes, Biden does play golf. But so far as I know he neither cheats nor is obsessed with it.

There is as we can all see no sense of shame in buying into the Qanon alt-reality conspiracy theories and equating them to the truth among the Congressional “Republicans”. These amoral, spinless, seditious, “Republicans” — as they call themselves — only bring disgrace and shame to what was once the “Grand Old Party”.

Trump will walk and life will go on! The GOP will defend their criminal God and the DEMs will fume! That’s about it! LAME! This is what happens when you deal with crooks! This is what happens when you threaten, and or PAY off your evil cronies, and the justice system and stack the SC!

The Republicans are trying to run the same game they’ve been playing for years. But they don’t hold the majority any longer. The Democrats have to play hardball right now — if they roll over it will set the stage for worse things to come during Biden’s presidency. 2022 will come up fast. And run ads in every State noting the senators or representatives that voted against the stimulus.

FWIW, a report on the web said that Pence is basically homeless and couch-surfing with Repubs still in office in Washington. And Trump is running into the limit on how long he can legally stay at Mar-a-Lago today. Maybe he’ll have to go back to NY?

    For the record, Biden golfs.

There’s no indication that Kamala Harris golfs, but her husband is an avid golfer, and also enjoys fantasy football.

So… Where’s the GoFundMe account to contribute to those police, civilian employees, aides, etc. who might want to file quite large civil damages suits against those who caused them harm, stress, etc during the insurrection? And of course biggly, yuge civil suits against those who were seen to instigate it? Separate and massive damages for individuals singularly based on their injuries, resulting PTSD, etc from having to relive the outrages made against them. Someone must know good people, many people, fine people who know how to handle massive personal injury suits. With the tenacious attitude of rabid pit bulls once involved in civil cases. That’d be a shame,if they sued private, and now-private, citizens.

As a relatively impartial observer, my personal opinion is; if the Republicans fail to convict someone who most of the world has seen as guilty, they will be effectively committing suicide as a Conservative party. They will become the Trump Fascist party and lose respect worldwide.

Notice how not one of these weasels is ‘going after the best deal I can get for the masses’? All for party and self before the poor bloody electors whose taxes pay for their salaries and all the perks associated with a shiny arsed seat on the benches. And the people don’t see this? How is it so?

Members of SCOTUS have already shown their corruption. Trump’s rampant violations of the emolument clause couldn’t be prosecuted while he was a sitting president and now they say he can’t be prosecuted for these crimes since he is out of office.

SCOTUS needs to explain this ruling and spell out when someone can be charged with emolument violations.

Just wait til he goes after off-shore drilling and fracking. That’ll really give them something to moan about. Too bad. He’s rushing to catch up on what should have been implemented 4 years ago. Now he has 1 year to do the work of 5 and we’re all going to suffer. When we do, be sure to remember who is really responsible.
