Looks like he handled the problem adequately.

I am inclined to use the same approach.. or wing it off the back deck.. Maybe the frustration comes from not having a live person to yell at when the computer gives you the “can’t get there from here” page with no listed options or reasons.

C’mon, haven’t we all felt like doing this at one time or another? For me, it’s when the computer has a problem……nothing to do with me.

The TV in my kitchen where I have the news on while preparing meals has decided not to listen to its remote control and turn on. The TV is smarter than most of us.
