    I had my grandmother’s knee – well, an exact duplicate of it – and it wasn’t a good design. She had a leg deformity. My dad was very bow-legged for someone who never had ridden a horse. Before I got to that stage, I swapped my knee out for an artificial one.

    I am glad that I live in a time when we can repair and replace body parts.
