Surprisingly, I note in the market that the price for kale is higher than other leafy greens that I would rather eat.

It is like the business model for ’hole foods:

★Take an inferior product,

★Leave out ingredients so that it spoils faster,

★Overcharge the price because some [~~~~~]s think that more is better.

Carrot and zucchini muffins taste ok, why not kale?

I cannot help but ponder about the first person to look at kale and think, “I think I could eat that.”

a few years ago at the local farmer’s market a bakery had a tray of ‘maple bacon scones.’ “do you have any scone flavored scones?” I asked “everyone loves these” was the response, but i noticed they had a full tray, it people loved them, no one was buying them.

Garfield should be thankful that they weren’t kale muffins with raisins.

Marc Simone, a talk show host, suggested that kale is popular because it is cheaper than spinach so it can be a profitable replacement. If you can convince the customer its more healthy.
