When I was 25 we went places, did things, had face to face conversations and talked on a phone attached to a wall.

I would like a body that is 25 again while I retain my experience and knowledge of today. Not time traveling.

So it’s lust vs. vanity? No moral high ground here.

Jimmy Johnson must be feeling his age. Arlo and Janis certainly are. But I too find getting older is depressing. I don’t mind the wrinkles and the receding hairline, but I don’t like the aching joints, the triple-bypass operation, and the very slight reduction in my chances of scoring with the local high school girls. The very worst, though, is a total disaster. Whisky now gives me heartburn!

I don’t know how old Arlo and Janis were when they got married, but I wonder if Arlo wants a 25 year old girlfriend in addition to Janis, or instead of.

It is quite the conundrum. To be 25, sounds good. To be 25 and know what I know now, better. To be 25 and meet my wife 11 years before we actually met, 11 more years of heaven, YES! But I can see a couple of problems with that. 1) I’d be exposing myself to a statutory rape charge. 2) She’d probably dump me because she’d want to experience life more before settling down.

On second thought NO. Our paths in life with all their twists and turns brought us together when it did. I wouldn’t want it to be any different!!!

Funny how generations of people and history keep repeating it self.

Lots of reasons to want to be physically 25. Cure old age so we can investigate all of them.

    “If I could be 25 again”…

First thing I’d do would be to go find the wife – we didn’t meet until our very late forties.

I would NOT want a 25 year old boyfriend. Too dumb at that age. I’m very happy with my 60 year old man.

At 25, I was married – same wife I have 60 years later, so if she can come along, sure.

As much as I enjoyed 25, I wouldn’t go back, unless I knew everything I know now, for anything.

I would only want to go back if I was able to retain the life lessons I have learned over the years. There are a few mistakes that I would correct, but then, correcting them would have me in an entirely different place right now and who knows if it would be better or not.
