I only see a half-Whit.
Chicken wing arms hidden, goal achieved.
Or it’s adopting a dog or cat from a shelter.
I wasn’t on the big screen, ever. I did get a foul ball once there. We were first row upper level on the third base line, my two friends to the right stood up to try to catch it, they missed, it hit a very heavy man in the 2nd row in the belly, bounced down onto my friends empty seat, and I just picked it up. The guy in the 2nd row didn’t seem upset that I kept it. Same summer I got a foul ball at a Fargo-Moorhead Redhawks game, similar circumstances. When ever going to games in Fargo or MPLS, we’d stop at West Acres Mall in Fargo to visit the Roger Maris display, to pay our respects. So maybe Roger helped me get those foul balls.
At the time we were in the first row of the upper deck, behind home plate. The row picked was the 2nd row. My friend filled the first seat, as I guess it would have been hard to show the dogs being passed down the row without someone in that seat. Those were scary seats. Lots of foul balls came our way the prior day, a guy in the row behind me lost his balance going for a foul, fell on me, pushed my head between the rails, I ended up looking down at the lower level, any harder, I might have fallen. As it was, I was lucky my glasses didn’t fall off. Not even an apology from the guy (I think he was trying to impress his date, college aged adults.)
Do they still do the Hormel Row of Fame, where they give out hot dogs to a row? My friends and I were at a game once, the row behind us was picked, there was an empty seat, so the game host asked one of my friends to fill it. He got his face on the big screen. Then he shocked the hot dog vendor for wanting mustard on his dog. We didn’t know ketchup was more popular. lol. I always had beer brats at the game. Mmmm, beer brats.
Shovel Jane, not an axe. Such a short attention span.
Now try to open one of those green garbage bags.
Like your avi, T.C. bear. Go Twins! (Nearest MLB team to me, used to go once a year to see a series there, in the old HHH dome.)
