Mississippi just could not let go of its slaves for 150-ish years.

The Native Americans had trouble drawing the animals because they kept moving.

Remember when Bugs Bunny was in the army, and the sergeant ordered him to clean and dress the chickens?

Of the 50 states, Mississippi ranks 49 in health, has a poverty rate of 18.5%. a 37.3% obesity rate, a $39,680 median household income, and ranks 3rd for dependency on federal funds. Just saying.

not that it matters to any of the points made here, the spelling of Mississippi, by rote, was one of the earliest things I learned in grade school back in the 50’s…….I think it was taught for the spelling of the river and not necessarily the state.

that is underlined by the fact that correctly spelling Massachusetts is and always was a struggle

13th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution: Abolition of Slavery — of course only the ignorant and bigoted would turn this Believe It or Not into an argument about how stupid California is or how immigrants are trying to invade America by throwing rocks at boarder guards — you people are sick. Don’t worry the trump regime will soon be over and decency will rule over hate — that’s when America will be great again. So in some small way trump is helping to make America great again by showing us how terrible we really can be.

I suppose your level of safety in dressing the chicken depends on the temperament of the chicken.

And they proved it yesterday just how backwards Mississippi still is! Good place for bigots and racists to live! NOT a good place to be a Dentist!

That’s ok about the chickens. I prefer them naked and cooked with the dressing on the side.

    Has Florida ratified them all?

Is there any way I can get a snake dressed up in a costume?

Take care and may God bless.

It is interesting to note that Mississippi’s close neighbor, Louisiana, voted to ratify the 13th amendment on February 17th, 1865. This was before Lee had surrendered to Grant on April 9th, 1865.
