Funny I took a cassette recorder to India when I went to study meditation. It brings it right back listening to those tapes. I feel that is different than someone being on a cell phone all the time. My attention was not on the cassette recorder and I did not talk into it but the ambient sounds are so cool. Ravens in Erode. A little girl singing at the ashram . A band playing religious music marching by. All priceless.

It’s a short trip but she would drive me crazy too. Luan’s devices would as well. It always bugs me to go camping and people bring the whole mess with them.

You do not allow kids to have opinions until they are eighteen. My kids had no choice of what to eat or not eat and they grew up able to eat anywhere and have a choice of what they liked because they actually ate everything before.

But we have no idea of pre ice age humans ….how many or much of anything. There were a whole lot more than we think before that comet.

There is no “DUTY” in killing for any reason. It is a shameful act. That is why so many soldiers have such a hard time when they come back. No, the brave ones are those who stand up to authority and say no to aggression. Love is the answer and if faced with death so be it. It is not mine to kill another human being. All my family served and after they got back they said they would pay me to go to Canada and burn my draft card. War in the usa has always been racist. Killing others for what ??? Nothing . War has never changed anything.
