I see Billy is wearing his bull suit again. ( which he bought at Stel’s Costume Annex)

He always did like to lock horns with people.

It’s not the herd mentality that bothers Bob, it’s the stampeding.

Bushwacker¹ (Not really but Billy likes to give himself airs) just likes to intimidate people with his mere presence.

¹ Bushwacker, at 1,750 pounds and outfitted with a nasty temperament, is a force to be reckoned with. But besides brawn, he’s also quick, smart and unpredictable, which is why many regard him as the greatest bull to ever compete in rodeo. During his six-year career in PBR, Bushwacker has only been ridden the requisite eight seconds twice in his 66 outs: once in 2009 (his debut year) by Thiago Paguioto, and in 2013 by rodeo legend J.B. Mauney. However, most riders can only manage to hold on to Bushwacker for 3.3 seconds. Bushwacker has subsequently been the PBR World Champion for three years (same as Little Yellow Jacket) and has the record for most consecutive buck-offs in PBR at 42 over the course of four years.

Billy is a big fan of Theodore Roosevelt. The whole Bull Moose/bully pulpit scenario. He tends to take things a bit too literally.

Furries aren’t dangerous. Weird, yes, but not dangerous.

BTW… in countries that don’t write the date American-style, with the month first…. ie, July 23rd, or 7/23, for today..

they don’t celebrate Pi Day on March 14th… because to them, it’s 14.3, not 3.14.

To make up for that, in parts of the world where yesterday’s date was 22 July, or 22/7…

it was celebrated as Pi Approximation Day.

We baked about 127 extra pi’s, I mean… pies… in my pie shop…. apple, blueberry, and cherry ones…. so I could run an Approximate Pi Day special….

And then I didn’t make it to most of my comics last night.

Tonight, the site was down for about an hour and a half after the turn.

That means that now I have about 122 leftover pies…

So, while supplies last…. everyone is welcome to one free piece of day-old pie at my pie shop or the Tiki, or you can buy a whole one for $3.14.

(Note: Today’s fresh pies are priced as usual…. but the day-old ones are still delicious!)

And to everyone…. no matter where you live:

My very best, though a bit belated, wishes, for a

    very Happy Pi Approximation Day!

On Ballard Street, all the other benches could be occupied by stranger things than that…but you take your chances.
