   Good for you! The best diets are not diets at all but lifestyle changes (i.e. permanent) that include a reasonable (attainable) level of activity and lower caloric intake of good foods. It sounds like you are on track for that.

    I am assuming English is second language. If English is first language, I would assume they could get the meaning of “send it off” from context.
