That said, to you and to Piggy: I recommend a couple hours of exercise every week day! For the past 2 years, I have dropped FORTY of the insane amount of weight I put on after my two-month coma AND I feel significantly happier . . . AND I feel more . . . masculine if you catch my da-rift.;)
All I do is walk 1.5-2.5 hours a day, then do 100 bicep curls on odd days and 30 ab rolls. (I started at 10 and 5, so GO SLOW!!!)
He looks FAT to me, not OBESE. His gut isn’t big enough.
I should know: I WAS clinically obese for about a year after my TBI! Then I started taking 3-7 mile walks every weekday and lifting weights each 3 times a week. (I lost 40 pounds so far from walking alone!!! [I had a thorecotomy that took 2/3rds of my right lung, so NO RUNNING!])
I just thank God she’s okay! I already lost my neighbor’s 18 year old baby, Charlie, who was MY baby too, THEN Farley from For Better or For Worse THE SAME DAY. NO MORE DEATHS IN THE “FUNNIES!!!”
Sorry, you have FAILED.
